How do I add items on Tiktok Shop?
Items are built on the Tiktok Seller Center. TTS has tools to make the product enlistment easy for clients, with AI generators and image clean ups. They could be manually created or uploaded in bulk using the template.
What item details do I need?
- Image - 600 x 600px in JPG JPEG or PNG format. Recommend adding a logo saying Instant Delivery
- Name - minimum of 40 characters, recommend to add "[Instant Delivery]"
- Description - minimum of 500 characters
- Variations/Modifiers - maximum of 3 variations and 100 combinations per item listing
- Product Weight
Why do you recommend evergreen products?
To ensure a smooth ordering experience, we recommend listing only evergreen items on TikTok Shop—products that are regularly available across your stores. This helps avoid out-of-stock situations that may lead to order cancellations, which can affect your Seller-Fault Cancellation Rate (SFCR) and potentially result in TikTok Shop policy issues.
TikTok Shop uses a single, unified storefront, similar to other eCommerce platforms. Because of this, item availability cannot be adjusted based on a customer’s location or delivery address.
Since store or branch assignment happens after an order is placed, it’s important to make sure that any item visible on your TikTok Shop can be fulfilled when customers order. This allows us to process orders efficiently and deliver a reliable experience for both you and your customers.
OOS Handling and Reassignment
To further protect your shop performance, we have an established SOP to handle unexpected stock issues. If an item is unavailable at the original branch, that location must notify our team to initiate a reassignment to the next nearest available branch. This transition is seamless for the customer, and the new branch will be notified of the fulfillment request directly via the klikit app.
Coverage of Stores
TikTok Shop requires that clients provide delivery coverage for an entire region.
For PH, this requires stores to service not only select cities but all of Metro Manila within a 5km/7km radius. This is a mandatory requirement to prevent order cancellation and ensure rider availability.
TikTok Shop penalizes sellers for "Seller-Initiated Cancellations." If you receive an order from an area you don't cover, you would be forced to cancel it, which can lead to your shop being shadowed or suspended.
By locking your service to a full province, the system can automatically assign the nearest available branch to a buyer without manual intervention, ensuring the fastest possible delivery time. Full regional coverage also guarantees that our logistics partners can consistently provide riders for your pickups.
Delivery Fees
We partner with GrabExpress to provide logistics, with fees calculated based on the maximum delivery radius of branches that you will integrate.
For PH, cost is calculated based on GrabExpress rates below:
- Base fee: P60
- Fee per km: P8
- Seasonal surcharge: P40
We recommend setting a 5km delivery radius between branches to keep the delivery fee customer friendly, at ₱100 max.
Here is the delivery fee calculation for a 5km delivery:
Standard: P60 + (P8 x 5) = P100
Seasonal/ Peak: P100 + P40 = P140
Here is the delivery fee calculation for a 7km delivery:
Standard: P60 + (P8 x 7) = P116
Seasonal/ Peak: P116 + P40 = P156
Merchants Not Using GrabExpress Integration
If a merchant chooses not to use the GrabExpress integration, the delivery fee must be manually set in the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
