You can cancel orders on klikit.
In order to avoid cancelling orders and upsetting customers, please change the item availability immediately if an item is no longer available OR pause the store temporarily if the kitchen is busy.
How do I manage store hours for Wolt?
You must use the Wolt merchant app or dashboard to configure storefront location settings such as store availability and availability hours.
You can use the Pause Store feature to temporarily pause ordering from Wolt storefronts (maximum of 1 hour).
