These are stores that have a 'Pause Store' toggle currently triggered.  It will tell you which stores are offline by Brand/Branch.  This is helpful to improve performance on delivery apps.

This tells your team exactly what stores are 'offline' at a given point in time - allowing you to manage them on the fly.
