Webshop is your direct customer solution - it can be used for Dine In (Table QR), Pick Up or Delivery Orders.
Webshop is your own opportunity to have a direct customer solution, a branded ordering experience that accounts for different types of use cases.

These are:
  1. Dine In (Table QR Ordering)
  2. Pick Up
  3. Delivery
Additionally, we have different methods around payment - we can have:
  1. Pre-Payment (i.e. Customer pays BEFORE receiving Order)
  2. Post-Payment (i.e. Customer pays AFTER receiving Order)
It is important you communicate your preferences to our team so we can best service the needs of your business.

How do Webshops work?

The experience of Webshop was purposefully built to resemble a 'delivery app' so that your customers already understand the overall experience.

It looks like this...



As you can see, the experience is quite self-explanatory - it provides a range of items and options for customers to order, category navigation, modifier rules and more.

As part of your onboarding you'll be prompted to test your own Webshop to play around.


What are the Fees and Charges?

There are some fees and charges associated with Webshop beyond your normal subscription package.  We incur these fees because we need to manage order updates, customer database and service the order itself - resulting in costs per order.

These are:
  1. Delivery Fees (Learn more about our partnership with GrabExpress here
  2. Payment Gateway Fees (i.e. MDR)
  3. klikit Service Fees (*Calculated on the basket size ONLY)
    1. Dine In = 2%
    2. Pick Up = 3%
    3. Delivery = 5%

We are flexible in how you would like these fees charged - they can be to the customer, or they can be to you - or a mix of both.  Let our teams know what you would prefer.
